SAN MARINO – The Secretariat of State for Justice, Welfare and the Family announces the publication of the Law 23 September 2026 n. 141 (“Amendments to Law no. 129 of 14 September 2022 and introduction of new measures to support the family, maternity and birth rate”) provision – available on the website www.consigliograndeegenerale.sm – which introduces an organic set of measures aimed at strengthening support for families and parenting. It is expected to come into force five days after its publication and will therefore be fully operational from 28 September 2026.
The Secretariat of State with responsibility for the Family, in view of the launch of the new provisions, recalls that the establishment of an Information Point for families at UPOBIS is planned, which will have the task of providing support and orientation to citizens in relation to the measures envisaged by the new legislation. The opening of the Information Point will be communicated publicly as soon as the steps necessary for its activation have been completed. Pending the establishment of the service, citizens will be able to send their requests for information and clarifications to the email address info.famiglia@pa.smwho will be available to provide information regarding the new measures and methods of accessing the benefits provided by the law.
The Secretariat of State for Justice, Social Security and the Family also informs that a public evening dedicated to the new law will be held on 8 October at the Sala Montelupo in Domagnano, at 8pm. The meeting will be an important opportunity for information and discussion with the population: the main contents of the law and the related methods of application will be illustrated and ample space will be given to questions and requests for clarification from citizens. The appointment is part of the commitment of the Secretariat of State with responsibility for families to guarantee, in the launch phase of the new legislation, timely, transparent and easily accessible information, accompanying families in learning about the measures and tools made available to them.

The meeting on 8 October will be a precious opportunity to present the new provisions, listen to the needs of citizens and answer questions. The objective is to carefully and responsibly accompany the launch of the new measures, so that they can be fully known and accessible to families”.
