Pyongyang, April 26 (KCNA) — The delegates to the Eleventh Congress of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League arrived in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, on April 25, at the time when the revolutionary spirit and patriotic enthusiasm of the young vanguard have been fully displayed in the struggle to accelerate the comprehensive prosperity of the state, true to the idea and spirit of the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
The congress, which will set another important milestone in the history of the development of the Juche-oriented youth movement, is a grand meeting of glory to be held amid the great expectation and trust of the Party and the people that all the young people will dynamically glorify the name of patriotic youth on the road of supporting the motherland.
Ju Chang Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and other senior officials of the Party Central Committee and officials of the Central Committee of the youth league warmly greeted the delegates who have always played the vanguard role in the forefront of the ranks, leaving the valuable traces of youth in major fronts of socialist construction and at posts for national defence.
