The Office of Planning and Budget (OPP) opened a job call to hire a junior communications consultant, with a monthly remuneration of $102,573 nominal for a load of 40 hours per week.
The position involves the production of visual and digital content to strengthen institutional communication, both internal and external, with the aim of improving the visibility of the organization’s actions and interaction with citizens through social networks and other platforms.
The work will be carried out in the Executive Tower, in Montevideo, although the position requires periodic transfers to the interior of the country according to the needs of the area.
Requirements to apply for the OPP call
Among the exclusive requirementsit is requested:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication issued no more than six years ago, at a Uruguayan or foreign university recognized in Uruguay
- Maximum experience of five years in the public sphere, with emphasis on citizen participation and territorial development
- Presentation of a portfolio with a selection of works (up to 10 pages) linked to citizen participation and territory
Meanwhile, among the non-exclusive requirementsare valued:
- Training or refresher courses linked to the area (minimum 20 hours)
- Experience in generating and managing content for social networks, digital platforms and institutional websites
- Experience in production of communication and editing materials
- Track record in organization and logistics coordination of institutional events
