According to Indian media reports, this flying taxi is capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), that is, it takes off from the ground like a helicopter and comes back down, but then it also performs a direct flight like a normal airplane.
The device uses multiple battery-powered electric propellers, which reduce noise, increase energy efficiency, and support alternative safety systems.
The structure of this flying taxi uses a lightweight carbon fiber body, an 800-volt electrical system, NVIDIA IGX Thor computing hardware and HENSOLDT’s advanced flight instruments.
Experts believe that if this project is successful, it will create a significant change in the field of emergency medical transport and urban passenger transport in the densely populated cities of India and will start a new phase for future air transport.
