General Abdel Fattah al Burhan, President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, on Monday received the credentials of Yaqoub bin Badr al Ruqaishi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Sudan, at the Republican Palace in Khartoum. The ambassador conveyed to the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, along with His Majesty’s wishes to Sudan and its people for lasting security and stability. For his part, General Abdel Fattah al Burhan asked the ambassador to convey his greetings to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, along with his wishes of abundant health and happiness to His Majesty. Gen Al Burhan also wished the Omani people further progress and prosperity.
