London: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik arrived in London this afternoon on a four-day state visit to the friendly United Kingdom.
Upon His Majesty’s arrival at Stansted Airport, he was received by Lord Henry Hood, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King (Head of the Mission of Honour), who welcomed His Majesty and his accompanying delegation as honoured guests of the United Kingdom. Also present to receive His Majesty were a number of British officials, Badr bin Mohammed al Manthari, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Kingdom and a number of members of the Omani Embassy in London.
His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom and Her Majesty Queen Camilla will hold an official reception ceremony for His Majesty the Sultan tomorrow at Windsor Castle, in welcome of His Majesty’s gracious visit.
