His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, received at Riffa Palace yesterday, Rami Saleh Al-Warikat Al-Adwan, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Bahrain and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps.
During the meeting, His Highness the Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office affirmed the close historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, built on solid foundations of cooperation and joint coordination at all levels. His Highness pointed to the unlimited support and interest enjoyed by Bahraini-Jordanian relations from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, and his brother, His Hashemite Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, King of the Kingdom of Jordan. His Highness pointed to the keenness and continuous interest given by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and his brother, His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to developing aspects of cooperation, coordination and partnership in various fields, in order to achieve the common aspirations of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
During the meeting, ways of developing bilateral relations were also discussed, and topics of common interest were discussed.
