SAN MARINO – The magic in San Marino does not only live on the days of San Marino International Magic Festival. Alongside the event that brings artists and enthusiasts from the world of illusionism to the Republic, there is also an activity that continues throughout the year and offers the possibility of approaching magic no longer just as spectators, but by learning about its techniques and principles.
It is in this spirit that Tuesday 6 October 2026, at 8.30 pm, at the Sala Montelupo in DomagnanotheMagical Art Association of San Marino opens the doors of its own School of Magic with an Open Day evening.
“Do you want to learn magic?” is the question chosen to present the initiative. The invitation is not only addressed to those who have already had experience in the sector: the Open Day is also created for those who are starting from scratch, have never attended a school or a magic club and perhaps, after having attended a show or having been intrigued by illusionism, would like to understand what it means to really learn this art.
The strong bond with the world of San Marino International Magic Festival contributes to inserting the School into a reality that for years has brought magic to the center of San Marino’s cultural and entertainment life. If the Festival represents the moment in which the public encounters magic on the stage, the School offers another perspective during the year: that of those who wish to get closer to what happens behind a magical effect and undertake a learning journey.
Magic, in fact, is not just something to be observed from the audience. It is an art that can be studied, practiced and progressively learned. And it is precisely this dimension, often less known by the general public, that the Open Day wants to discover.
During the evening it will be possible learn about the School of Magic, the route and the proposed activitiesapproaching directly the reality of the Magical Art Association of San Marino and its world.
