The 21-year-old man is on Europol’s list of the most wanted people in Europe and is suspected of nearly 20 crimes in Sweden, NRK writes.
He is also suspected of being behind and of ordering a hand grenade attack in Oslo, a shooting in Sarpsborg, unlawful detention in Akershus, and a shooting at a home in Oslo.
Nine minors are involved in the crimes the 21-year-old is suspected of in Norway. They are said to have been recruited to carry out criminal acts on behalf of Foxtrot, NRK writes.
