SAN MARINO – The Directorate of the Cultural Institutes of the Republic of San Marino expresses “the heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience experiencedrenewing the commitment of the Cultural Institutes to guarantee maximum attention to the safety, assistance and welcome of visitors”. Apologies for the episode occurred yesterday, October 7thwhen two tourists were accidentally locked inside the First Tower. The Management defines the incident as “an unpleasant episode that does not comply with the standards of hospitality and attention” and announces that it has started the necessary checks to clarify the circumstances of the incident. The Cultural Institutes also announce the adoption of the necessary measures to ensure that similar situations do not happen again, reiterating their commitment to guaranteeing safety, assistance and hospitality to visitors.
