Emergency transport: the police also closed the intersection when escorting the baby to the hospital, 2.
The Government of Robert Golob and the Minister of Health, Valentina Prevolnik Rupel, got written exactly two years ago that the access time of emergency vehicles during rush hours can be shortened by two to three times by having a police officer on a motorbike present at the ambulance station during rush hours.
Because the prime minister doesn’t know that even six policemen on motorcycles clear the way for politicians, but the rescuers don’t have even one. Since the doctor by education who heads the Ministry of Health and her superiors do not know that any vehicle in front of which a police officer on a motorcycle drives with flashing lights and sirens on is faster, she is another in the chain of thoughts that prove that a doctorate and intelligence are not in a dependent relationship. No one who got a doctorate has become intelligent because of it.
Both of them don’t know that the key slogan for the public regarding the purchase of motorbikes is faster transport to the hospital, but they don’t know that the first thing that goes to an accident or sudden illness is an ambulance and a doctor. And if they arrive earlier, the time until the call or transport is reduced. By having police officers on motorbikes in front of them, the access time is significantly reduced without a 30 million dollar investment in helicopters. The proposal also went to the Minister of Defense, Sajovic, who, as expected, did nothing, but he cannot say that he knows nothing about it.
It is true, however, that in the case of the death of a local in Novi Mesto, the government immediately changed the entire system of the country’s operation, and for unnecessary deaths due to accidents or sudden illnesses, even Golob’s government ignores things in this case.
It is clear why this is not only unethical, immoral, or a violation of medical ethics by the top of the Ministry of Health. The time of access to emergency medical help depends on the stage at which the processes that harm a person are stopped. This has a key impact on the possibility of shock states, damage to people and the consequences.
The police have over 160 motorbikes and practically all traffic police officers have a motorcycle test. I mentioned Sajovic: he does not even support the testing of engines for firefighters, but he went to purchase five times more expensive electric engines for the “special” unit. While firefighters are busy every day, the actions of “specialists” are limited to some televisions.
I myself last year with my motorcycle, without flashers, at a 20 km traffic jam, when I met a reanimobile on a local road on an emergency run, turned around and drove 50 to 70 meters in front of it to UKC and helped through the standing traffic. The case was phenomenal in practice, and the rescuer who was driving is from the Novi Sad rescue station.
