Since the suspension occurred, The National has sent various communications to Goal to request precise information about the case and the review of the measure. However, the responses received so far seem automated and do not clearly explain the reasons for the suspension, the procedure that the media must follow or the effective possibilities to present their arguments.
We reiterate our willingness to collaborate, clarify any situation and adopt the corresponding measures. At the same time, we ask Meta, Instagram and Adam Mosseri, head of Instagram, for a complete, impartial and transparent review that ensures a clear procedure and allows the medium to present relevant information and arguments.
