CC judge Seda Safaryan also asked the representative of “Strong Armenia” Gohar Meloyan, wondering if there were proxies in the territories, whether there were records about it in the registers, and in how many precincts this problem was registered. According to Meloyan, there were records in four precincts, there are cases when it was documented on video that their proxy was prevented from making a record in the register.
CEC Secretary Armen Smbatyan also said that there were cases of transparency of envelopes in 2021, 2018 and 2017. “How thick should the envelope be made so that, if there is a tendency, it is not possible to see the ballot number?”
Do we have the fact that with a transparent ballot, someone is electing someone else to control? If there is such a fact, let’s go after it and bring it to justice.”
