Housing remains by far the main problem of Andorran societyalthough it drops four points compared to the last observatory (74%), and the traffic is consolidated as the second major concernwith a rise of four points compared to the last barometer that places this category at one 23% concern for residentsthe highest level since 2010. They are the main conclusions of the observatory of the First Semester of 2026 of Andorra Research and Innovation (AR+I).
From the survey done in 770 peopleone 70% mention housing as the main problem, followed by traffic (23%), and infrastructure, equipment and parkingwhich also rises almost 4 points to 16.3%. These are the three categories most mentioned by respondents. The study also highlights that the concern about immigration and public safety slows down after the strong increases detected in the last barometer. The first variable is mentioned by 11.6% of people compared to 13.4% of the study of the second semester of 2025, and the second drops from 3.1 to a paltry 1%.
