BREAKING – SAN MARINO – The conclusions of the civil parties are underway in trial for criminal association linked to the so-called CIS Galaxy, pending before the Judge Isabella Pasini.
The first civil party to intervene was the Central Bank of San Marino with its lawyers Maria Selva, Tania Ercolani And Filippo Cocco. The lawyers, considering the association’s dispute proven after having reconstructed the circumstances of the crimes already the subject of other trials and deeming the existence of “the intent of the associates and the pactum sceleris that united them”, asked for compensation for the financial damage and not in favor of CBSM, to be quantified in civil proceedings, but with the request for a provisional amount of 10 million euros against all already accused with the exception of Marco Mularoniagainst whom Bcsm said it did not wish to make requests, excluding him from the association’s dispute.
