Forget about “Cosmic Orange” – insiders claim that Apple is preparing a drastic turn next year when it comes to the aesthetics of their strongest phone series.
Apple presents a new line of its “Pro” iPhone models every fall, and in addition to hardware improvements, one of the main topics is always a new, exclusive color.
These shades (such as Midnight Green, Sierra Blue or the current Cosmic Orange) become the status symbol of the generation.
The American giant is already planning a big change for the next iPhone 18 Pro series – the orange color will be replaced by a deep, rich shade of “rotten cherry” (Dark Cherry).

Sources from the supply chain claim that the decision has already been made and that “Cherry” is officially the new “it” color in Cupertino.
The new Dark Cherry color is described as a sophisticated mix of deep rotten cherry and burgundy with a distinctive metallic sheen on the titanium frame.
The goal of the design team from Cupertino is to return to a more luxurious, “aristocratic” look, which is more suitable for devices whose price regularly exceeds the limit of one thousand euros.
