The chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, reacted after the arrest of two young men, suspected of trying to get 100 thousand euros from the president of the ALF, Armand Duka, using his name.
Through a post on social networks, Balla has accused the leader of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, of being connected to the activity of call centers.
“I have often told you about this palace that it is the biggest scammer of call centers. They steal you by taking you on the phone! Convicted for theft of personal data”, writes Balla.
Next, he addresses Shehaj directly: “Go after these fraudsters that the Police arrested today, it’s your turn!”
Balla’s reaction comes after the police operation where Edison Korra, 24 years old, and Orest Balla, 23 years old, were arrested. According to the data made public, they allegedly contacted Armand Duka through a fake profile on “Signal”, introducing themselves as Taulant Balla and initially asking him for 100 thousand euros in crypto-currencies. After Duke’s denunciation, the police organized a controlled surrender and arrested the suspects red-handed.
