KUWAIT: The interior ministry has resolved a circulating video showing an assault inside a public restroom in Salmiya, as part of its ongoing monitoring of social media content. Investigations identified and apprehended all parties, found to be juvenile citizens. The first suspect (17) admitted to assaulting the victim (17); the second suspect (16) filmed the attack; and the third (17) posted the footage online. All three were referred to the juvenile prosecution for legal proceedings.
