The police arrested Saturday night in Andorra la Vella a 52-year-old man after he was stopped driving a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol, according to police reports.
The officers observed in one motorcycle parking area that a motorcycle was lying on the ground and running, while the arrested person tried to lift it. The policemen appreciated that he had clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and the man stated that he wanted to drive the motorcycle back home. He initially refused to submit to a breathalyzer test
The agents indicated to him that do not take the vehicle, but moments later they saw him driving it. The man ignored police instructions and a chase began pursuit until it was controlled by stopping at a traffic light. At that point, he lost his balance and fell to the ground on the pavement and gave a reading of 1.42 g/l.
Iinitially he refused to submit to the breathalyzer test, he then carried it out and gave a rate of 1.42 g/l. He is charged with two charges crimes against collective security and an alleged crime against public service for disobeying police officers.
The same night, the police also go arrest a 40-year-old man. The arrested person gave a rate of 1.09 g/li and is charged with an alleged crime against collective security.
