Another police constable identified as Patrick Bethelmie Jr. 23 year-old of Bense was arrested and charged with Perverting the Course of Justice and Possession of Ammunition without a valid License.
Bethelmie is the 4th police officer to be charged in connection to the murder of Portsmouth teen Jerbiah Paul.
A total of 6 people, 4 police officers and two females—are currently on remand at the Dominica State Prison while investigations continue.
Meanwhile, information from Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) Acting ASP Fixton Henderson stated that the fourth officer is the boyfriend of Jolie-Ana Naomi James who was previously arrested and charged with the same offenses.
