Ulaanbaatar, April 12, 2026 /MONTSAME/. The Mongolian Stock Exchange launched a special program dedicated to increasing capital market liquidity.
The program aims to boost the capital market liquidity and trade volume, improve market efficiency and accessibility and strengthen investors’ trust. The Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC will cooperate with market participants.
During the opening of the program, Deputy Minister of Finance Khulan Bat-Erdene mentioned the activities undertaken within the framework of the government’s policy to strengthen the foundation of the capital market and aimed at supporting professional investors and developing long-term financial instruments. She further highlighted that effective work is being carried out to improve Mongolia’s credit rating and to consistently establish benchmark yield curves in both domestic and international markets.
She also introduced the tax incentives and exemptions policy being implemented since 2024 to support the capital market, as well as the management of the Sovereign Wealth Fund.
