A teenager 17 years old died and a 23 year old young man was injured after crashing a motorcycle into a dog in Saint Josephas reported by the Department Headquarters in a statement.
The accident occurred this Sunday on José Artigas Avenue on the corner of Santiago Martí, in the city of Ecilda Paullier.
