According to Jam Jam Online, citing the judiciary, Mehdi Mohammadi, Public and Revolution Prosecutor of Shahryar County, immediately attended the scene of the fire after the fire in Arghwan Complex located in Andisheh, and today he attended the scene again and followed up the process of providing aid and the initial judicial measures.
Referring to the issuance of special judicial orders, Prosecutor Shahriar said: We have entered into this case from various legal and judicial aspects, and an order has been issued for a complete review of the construction file of this complex, the issued permits, including the finishing work, safety requirements and approvals related to firefighting.
He added: In this regard, an order has been issued to form a specialized expert panel to investigate the dimensions of the incident in detail and determine which persons were at fault in the occurrence of this incident and determine their possible criminal responsibilities.
Mohammadi clarified: The preliminary arrest order has been issued for people who are likely to be involved in this incident and the judicial system will deal with this case decisively and as soon as possible and with the least legal objections.
Emphasizing that the investigation of this case will be done in the special branch, Prosecutor Shahriar said: After receiving the opinion of the expert panel and if any ambiguity is resolved, all the people who are found guilty based on the opinion of the expert will be prosecuted and tried according to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
On the sidelines of another field visit to the site of the fire, Prosecutor Shahriar emphasized: the judicial system will investigate all aspects of this incident with special sensitivity and with the aim of protecting public rights, and any negligence or possible fault will be dealt with decisively.
