In his second audio message to the dear people of Iran, the speaker of the parliament raised some points about the new period of the war, especially the economic conditions of the country, and expressed 5 requests from different sections of the Iranian people inside and outside the country, and presented suggestions for the new phase of the war. The description of the second voice message of Dr. Ghalibaf is as follows:
“Among the believers are the righteous men, we have pledged our allegiance to Allah, so among them are those who judge His love, and among them are those who wait, and they are our substitutes.”
Dear and noble people of Iran, as I mentioned in the previous audio message, the enemy in his new design with a sea blockade seeks economic pressure and media atmosphere and seeks to destroy the unity of the country in order to surrender us. Of course, I should also say that we do not underestimate the possibility of a military attack, especially terrorist attacks, but that part of the enemy’s design that returns to society is to weaken Iran from within. I will share some points about cohesion later, and for now I want to share some points with you about the enemy’s economic pressure conspiracy.
The first thing is that the enemy is counting on economic pressure. The sign of this is the new actions of the United States in the Strait of Hormuz, the Persian Gulf, and the issue of the maritime blockade, and it is clear that they have given him wrong reports and based on these reports, they have made a wrong decision, and this wrong decision also causes everyone to suffer, and most of all, the American people have faced the fundamental challenge of increasing the cost of living.
Iranian experts admit that no matter how much economic pressure the Iranian people face, they endure problems for the sake of independence and honor of their country and for their religion and beliefs. The people of Iran have a historical awareness and have understood that in this sensitive area of Iran’s history, they must stand against this criminal enemy with any difficulty. An enemy who had in his crude illusions that he would destroy Iran’s civilization. I am surprised that they have not yet understood that the Iranian nation dies, but does not surrender. They have not yet understood that our nation considers itself responsible for the future of Iran and Islam and will make future Iranians proud of their fathers and mothers.
Second, we all have a duty to help reduce the effects of these economic pressures on the people. All executive officials of the country have duties to achieve this goal, and the people must also take actions. Some of these economic pressures are rooted in old problems and some of them are affected by war conditions. The executive officials of the country are aware of the fact that the war has entered a new phase that has made their role more effective than the past, and we must work with jihadi planning and management in the same way as during the war.
I should also say that we must be aware that the enemy is carefully monitoring us, so we should not give information that the enemy can misuse. Just know that we have helped the government during non-media meetings and follow up on economic issues, especially high prices. Here, I ask the government to bring its programs, reports and actions to the attention of the dear people in the expensive issues, so that they can find peace of mind from the authorities’ follow-up.
In the third part, I have some requests from the dear and honorable people of Iran. Since the beginning of the revolution, we have been able to solve every problem with your help; This is my belief that I have said for years and I will say it again. Even now, I believe you should enter the field directly; Therefore, I have a few requests from you. First of all, we should all know that we are involved in one of the biggest wars in contemporary Iran. The final victory in this war will make Iran an effective player in the international system, and this issue will be the beginning of the material and spiritual progress of the country. It is natural that achieving such a great achievement comes with difficulties.
In the current situation, the most effective help that everyone can give to their country and the missile that people can shoot at the heart of the enemy is one word and that is “saving”. My request to all people is to save money yourself and seriously advise others to save money.
My second request is that people should start the campaign of “Sympathetic Iran” like during Corona. Currently, we are in dire need of cooperation; What is important is people’s activity in the field of cooperation; Especially those who declared their readiness in “Janfada” campaign that they can be active in this field with more detailed organization.
Today is the time for all of us to help each other to achieve the great goal of victory and pride of dear Iran and make Iran famous in the world with less difficulty.
My third request is to the children of Basij. Since the beginning of the revolution, Bajij has always been the solution to the country’s problems, and has been a scout in every action. Today is the time for Basij to enter the arena seriously. In the third imposed war, everyone witnessed the effective presence of Basij in various fields, and we saw that some actions such as helping to rebuild the war-damaged areas, which few people know about. I request Basiji comrades, especially in mosques, neighborhoods and different strata, to pay attention to their essential role. Today, you are the one who should be the solution to people’s problems and you are the one who should be the leader of this movement.
My request is to put your priority and main focus these days on following people’s problems. You have to be a mediator between people and government officials and benefactors. The government and governing institutions should make special use of Basij’s capacity, especially in localities, and be sure that no other organization can do what Basij does.
My fourth request is to experts and elites. Today we need ideas and plans to solve the problems that arise because of war. I have received a large amount of expert suggestions, many of which are useful and good, so please the elites do not wait for someone to refer to them. Please provide your solutions and suggestions to the authorities. Here, I ask the Majlis Research Center to create mechanisms to receive these opinions and announce them to the elites and the people.
My last request is to Iranians abroad. Many of you who are concerned about your dear homeland from thousands of kilometers away today, many of you have good economic capacities; Many of you have great expertise and many of you have effective communication skills. Iran needs each and every one of you today. Today, when you can and should be useful for your homeland, with your huge capacities, you can become one of the biggest pillars of defeating the enemy of Iran.
Of course, there are embassies and government agencies that must create the necessary conditions for using these capacities, but my practical experience says that if you wait for a certain set, it will not work. Today is the time to force the officials with persistence and seriousness; I emphasize that you force your capacities to be used to help Iran. You yourself know better than anyone in what field and how you can help Iran dearer than our lives.
At the end of my duty, I know how to thank and appreciate each and every dear, noble and honorable people with different religious and political tastes, who are the main support for the defense of our beloved Islamic Iran with their active presence. I am respectful and pray for all the dear people of Iran anywhere in the world; And peace be upon you, may God’s mercy and blessings be upon him.
