The Inter-American Court of Human Rights inaugurates this Monday in Panama its regular period of sessions for hearings related to cases from Guatemala, Venezuela and Argentina.
The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights points out that in the case HOVT and others vs. Guatemala allegedly alleged police sexual harassment against Claudia Torres and alleged reprisals against her family, such as torture, arbitrary arrests and the alleged murder of her 13-year-old son.
