The establishment of a direct airline between Podgorica and Riyadh would give a strong boost to the cooperation between Montenegro and Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić said.
In a post on the X network, he stated that today in a conversation with the Minister of Investments of Saudi Arabia, Fahad Al Saif, the establishment of a direct air line Podgorica – Riyadh was proposed.
“Which, along with the opening of the Montenegrin embassy in Riyadh, would give a strong impetus to interstate cooperation,” Spajić said.
As he added, during the conversation there was also talk of signing a Memorandum on bilateral relations and establishing a joint business council with the aim of better connecting the economy and realizing investments in the interest of a stronger partnership and joint progress.
