Ulaanbaatar,
April 20, 2026 /MONTSAME/. The international food event UB Food Festival
2026, aimed at introducing Mongolian and global culinary cultures to residents
and tourists, is currently taking place at the central square.
More than 30
businesses from the restaurant and food production sector are participating,
offering Mongolian national dishes along with cuisines from 18 countries,
including China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India, Georgia, and Italy.
Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, snacks, coffee, and desserts.
The festival
also features special culinary showcases by top chefs, unique signature dishes
at each pavilion, live music and artistic performances, as well as cooking
competitions and contests.
The event will
continue until April 26.
