Ulaanbaatar, April
20, 2026 /MONTSAME/. As the only daughter with three older brothers, I grew up
being active, bold, and a bit tough. From the very first day I started
training, I fell in love with boxing. Boxing has taught me endurance and
self-control.
When I entered an art school in middle school, I began to
see life from a different perspective. Through art, I connected with my inner
world – listening to music and expressing emotions that words cannot capture
through colors and rhythm. It was in this creative space that I met my husband,
and now we have three sons.
Our life unfolds in constant motion, almost like a “fight.”
Amid a busy schedule and many responsibilities, I also became a yoga
instructor. At first, yoga felt slow, quiet, and even uncomfortable. But
gradually, as I began to notice my breath, focus my mind, and listen to my
body, I realized how meaningful and essential yoga truly is. It is not just
exercise – it is a way to calm myself and find inner balance.
The strength of boxing and the gentle rhythm of yoga have
created a beautiful balance in my heart. Because of this, I feel more centered
and energized in my life, work, and family. Being strong is not the opposite of
being gentle – in fact, it gives gentleness deeper meaning.
Without leaving art behind, I combined it with yoga and
opened a small studio. I want to create a space where people can experience
something truly special – a place where they can be with their true selves and
fully rest.
