Agents from the General Subdirectorate of Anti-Narcotics Information Analysis (SGAIA) locate a possible drug laboratory and capture a man during a raid in Uspantán, Quiché.
The National Civil Police reports that SGAIA agents, in coordination with prosecutors from the Public Ministry, located a possible drug laboratory during a raid in the village of La Taña, municipality of Uspantán, department of Quiché, according to an official publication.
During the inspection, authorities find plastic and fuel containers, which are allegedly used to process illicit substances. At the scene, they capture Albardo “N”, 30 years old, who is transporting 27 rifle ammunition in a pickaxe, with the support of the Guatemalan Army.
