James McClean has revealed he will have an assessment in England tomorrow on a chronic hip injury with the Ireland centurion admitting his fears he may never play for Derry City again if the issue cannot be resolved.
The Derry native, who turned 37 last Wednesday, was told by a specialist that his body currently has “no business being on a football pitch” and says the toll training and playing on astro has had on his hip over the last six weeks has been “hell”.
