At the election convention held last weekend Petar Baranović was elected as the new president of the Sibenik SDP. In this position, Baranović succeeded a member of parliament Tonči Restovićwho retired after serving two terms.
Let’s remind you that Restović was defeated by the current Šibenik mayor in two consecutive local elections Željko Burić (HDZ). After the failure last May, Restović announced his resignation from the post of president of Šibenik’s SDP, which was formalized almost a year later.
