An industrial facility in the Perm region, deep in the interior of Russia, caught fire after an attack by Ukrainian drones. Information is circulating on social networks that the Lukoil-Permneftorgsintez oil refinery was targeted.
The local governor Dmitry Mahonin reported on the attack on the Telegram platform and said by the way that there were no victims in the incident and that the workers were evacuated from the location.
“Today, one of the industrial locations in the Perm Municipal District was attacked by an enemy drone. Workers were evacuated. There are no injured. A fire broke out in the building. Operational and emergency services operate on the ground. “Danger from unmanned aerial vehicles” regime is still in force in the region, Mahonin announced.
By the way, the Perm region is located more than 1,000 kilometers east of the capital Moscow and about 1,500 kilometers away from the Ukrainian border.
