The inspectors of the Shirak Marz Center of the Food Safety Inspection Authority of Armenia carried out a control measure in the kitchen of the “Ardzagank” manger-kindergarten ANAC of the Gyumri community of the Shirak Marz and found out that a number of sanitary and hygienic norms defined by the legislation were violated there.
How? “Armenpress”– learns from the message distributed by the Ministry of Education and Culture, some parts of the walls of the areas intended for washing dishes of the food establishment were not made of waterproof, non-absorbent materials, the ceilings were moldy and there was a risk of particles falling. Some parts of the kitchen walls did not have a smooth surface, the tiles were broken in some places, which hindered the cleaning and disinfection process.
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the kindergarten kitchen was suspended.
The monitoring body has set a deadline for eliminating the detected violations.
