of technologies development, especially artificial of intelligence in: application to come quickly change is the labor market and: professions regarding requirements. And important is to understand, or how are that the changes affects us on. Topic: around to chat we are of Armenia State economic university International economic of relations chair lecturer, economic of sciences candidate Tetvik Vardanyan with.
–Artificial of intelligence progress how? is change of the labor market structure.
– Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the key achievements of the modern world, which is rapidly changing the international labor market and economy. It is transforming industries, business processes and public administration, creating new opportunities, but also challenges and risks. The fourth industrial revolution, which includes artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing, big data and cloud technologies. They take the “train” of humanity’s future in an uncertain direction.
Artificial intelligence is changing the labor market by automating manual and repetitive tasks, leading to the reduction of certain professions, but at the same time the increase of jobs requiring new skills. The application of AI is transforming key sectors of the economy, such as manufacturing, finance, logistics and healthcare, requiring new skills as well as increasing productivity.
–Which one? professions are the most vulnerable automation perspective. Which one? areas AB:–n: can is the most big effect to have
-AB is “transforming” the international labor market, replacing human labor with more efficient technologies. Artificial intelligence is used in effective decision-making thanks to access to big data, driving cars, while making traffic safer and neutralizing the possibility of human error, it has penetrated healthcare and education, contributing to better results in these areas. Jobs of a mechanical and repetitive nature, such as office work, driving vehicles, and supervising production lines, are most vulnerable, while those requiring creativity, moral judgment, or complex social interaction are less affected by AD.
–AB:–n: creates is new jobs, but also removes is existing ones. Which ones? are new opportunities, and: what? challenges there are.
-According to the World Economic Forum’s 2022 estimates, the global economy will create 150 million new technology jobs over the next five years, and by 2030, 77% of jobs will require technology skills. Until recently, AI replaced low-skilled labor with more productive manufacturing robots. But now it can solve complex problems, analyze, reason (ChatGPT), create incredible images (Dall-E) and wonderful music (AIVA). This means that some highly skilled jobs, such as radiologists, laboratory technicians, engineers, lawyers, doctors, professors, etc., are also at risk of being replaced by artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence creates opportunities for job creation, especially in high-tech fields (eg data analysis, programming, etc.). In this context, the development of opportunities in education and training through personalized learning platforms is of particular importance. As a result of the development of AB, the most serious challenge continues to be especially the breakdown of income distribution among the society and the deepening of social inequality. In addition, professional flexibility of people is also of great importance to prevent high unemployment rate.
–How? can is overcome AB:–in: as a result in the labor market originated the problems.
– Predetermining the future of jobs in demand in the global economy will enable policymakers to develop educational programs according to that demand and form the necessary set of abilities and skills, and allows individuals to choose professions with a future. Along with the spread of artificial intelligence, the development and implementation of state policies aimed at it also gains a great role and importance.
–Artificial of intelligence application at work ethical problems cause? is. If: yes, how? need is it be regulated.
– The regulation of artificial intelligence is a key issue for the sustainable development of the global economy, given its impact on various areas of society, including privacy, security, employment, healthcare, education, etc. In this context, with the spread of AB, the problems related to the maintenance of its ethical norms, which need regulation, are also increasing.
Artificial intelligence, thanks to the access and analysis of big data, has made consumer behavior unpredictable and irrational, and can decide for people what products and services they need. This can cause consumer safety issues, so consumer protection issues have gained new relevance. Regulations in this direction are necessary for the sale of goods and services in a reliable, safe, bias-free and non-discriminatory manner.
– What kind? will be AB:–in: long term the effect10-20: year after.
– Artificial intelligence is now an irreversible reality, which in many cases even imposes the “rules” of its own game regarding our life, work style, and management of the economy. It provides an opportunity for the development and cooperation of economies, promotes international integration and ensures continuity and uninterrupted processes in the global economy. However, there is also unpredictability and uncertainty associated with it, where artificial intelligence can create risks and threats for the global economy and all of humanity, as well as conspiracy theories and utopian “scenarios” where artificial intelligence self-generates to the extent that, conditioned by its own values and ethical norms, it begins to control people. But even if we believe that “behind” artificial intelligence will be the smartest people who can control the “monster” they created, we cannot be so simple-minded and think that these people will always be the most moral.
