This seminar was held in order to share the policy of the Islamic Emirate with the participants in the press section and to enhance their technical and professional abilities.
At the end of the seminar, the head of the affairs department, Sheikh Hadith Noorul Haq Anwar, told the participants: “The Ministry of Information and Culture is one of the most important institutions of the system, which has many important responsibilities. In the contemporary world, the importance of this institution is increasing day by day, and this institution has the status of the language and ears of the system, and the wave of negative propaganda and ideological war against the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is expanding day by day. Make more efforts in publishing and implementing the decrees.”
Sheikh Anwar added: “We are moving towards improvement in the media field, the project media has been stopped. The Islamic Emirate is committed to freedom of expression in the light of Islamic and Afghan values. Our countrymen do not want such freedom, which is full of extremism and extremism, or violates human values in the name of freedom.”
In the course of the seminar, media, news and report writing, using social networks, propaganda and other related topics were presented by professionals to the information officers, editors of newspapers and Bakhtar Agency and journalists through “Presentation”.
Some of the participants also thanked the Ministry of Information and Culture for holding the said seminar and emphasized on the continuation of such programs.
At the end of the seminar, the officials gave appreciation to the participants.
