According to the latest ranking of the Global Council of Globalization, Afghanistan is ranked 7th with 94 points, England is 8th with 93 points and Sri Lanka is 6th with 95 points.

The Afghan team defeated Zimbabwe by seven wickets in the final on October 23 and won the championship.
In this match, the Afghan bowlers defeated the Zimbabwean team by 169 runs and the Afghan batsmen achieved the set target at the loss of three players.
Ibrahim Zadran was named the best player of the match with 70 unbeaten runs and Rashid Khan was named the best player of the tournament with 11 wickets.
