The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Mohamed Tariq Belaribi, revealed that the submission of orders for the payment of the second part to the subscribers of the Justice 3 program will begin.
The minister indicated, in a statement today from the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, that his interests are studying the possibility of dividing the second part into two batches, adding that a number of housing units from the Justice 3 program will be distributed on the 1st of next November.
The housing, urbanization, city and urban planning sector has recently been working on putting the final touches to handing over the first keys to the rental housing units (edit 3) to beneficiaries in a number of states across the country, in a step that reflects the accelerating dynamism of the pace of completion of this ambitious housing program.
The “3” program, for which subscriptions were opened on July 5, 2024, coinciding with the commemoration of the 62nd anniversary of Independence Day, is characterized by an accelerated dynamic in terms of the pace of field completion of projects across the various states of the country, and the quality of construction, so that several improvements were known, including equipping it with a central heating system to ensure the comfort of the beneficiaries.
Immediately after studying the files, after the inter-ministerial exchange between the ministerial sectors, and checking the file control, the way was opened for those accepted to pay the first part of the housing, set at 343,000 DZD for three-room apartments, and 431,500 DZD for four-room units, which was paid in two stages.
These operations were accompanied by the registration of the resettlement of 200,000 housing units for this formula, which translates the strong will of the public authorities and the determination they have to respond to the increasing demand for housing in Algeria, with purely Algerian capabilities and Algerian building materials as well.
This program was not limited only to providing housing, as the first keys to the program’s housing units are scheduled to be handed over at the beginning of November, but it also includes a move towards establishing integrated urban centers that take into account the specificities of the regions and include all public facilities, including schools, treatment halls, and various service facilities, while adopting technical and architectural improvements.
Starting today, Monday, the Minister of Housing, Urbanism and Urban Planning, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, will make a working visit to a number of states, such as Bordj Bou Arreridj, Mila, Oum El Bouaghi, and Constantine, to determine the readiness of housing for sale for rent (edit 3) before handing it over to their owners, which confirms once again that the housing sector has been able to rise to the challenge, and has enabled the subscribers of this formula to obtain their housing after 28 months of registration.
