“America’s Bridge…the beginning of the fall of the tractors…!
The facts of this specific operation were launched on September 10, 2025, based on confirmed information received by the relevant security services, indicating the existence of a criminal network specialized in smuggling and transporting hard drugs and psychotropic substances, led by a person called Nouriya Saber, nicknamed “Al-Tibi,” and his partner called Salem Al-Amin, nicknamed “Kbiro.” The same information indicates that they are about to transport a large shipment of drugs and psychotropic substances from one of the southern states towards the northern cities. This criminal network also uses a Renault road tractor truck with a trailer to transport drugs.
This information was exploited and a precise plan was drawn up with the aim of overthrowing them. The mission culminated in the seizure of a significant shipment of the hard drug “cocaine” in the form of packages wrapped in black and white plastic bags, estimated at 103 packages with a total weight of 113 kg and 550 grams, and a shipment of psychotropic substances of the type “Pregabalin 300 mg” in the form of packages wrapped in black plastic bags of capacity With 75 packages, totaling 225,030 capsules, seized inside a road tractor truck and its trailer referred to above, an investigation was opened after coordination with the Public Prosecutor at the M’sila Court, pursuant to requests to extend jurisdiction, to the jurisdiction of the Ouargla Court, in order to identify and monitor the truck used to transport this quantity of drugs and psychotropic substances, while identifying the members of the network, arresting them, and seizing everything that is useful to the investigation.
Field research and investigations revealed that the truck was about to move towards the city of Ouargla from the city of M’sila, and the location of the truck was determined and placed under surveillance. Accordingly, on September 10, 2025, at approximately six o’clock in the evening, the truck’s departure from the city of M’sila towards the city of Ouargla was recorded, requiring it to move to the jurisdiction of the Ouargla court in order to continue the process of tracking the same truck and monitoring the rest of the network elements.
On this basis, the truck was moved to the city of Ouargla on a reconnaissance mission to track the movements of the criminal group, starting from the city of M’sila, passing through several states until the state of Touggourt. The stop was made at around two o’clock in the morning until eight o’clock in the morning of the same day, then the truck set off again towards the city of Ouargla, arriving at exactly seven o’clock in the evening, then it returned again from the city of Ouargla towards the city of Touggourt, and before that it deviated into one of the dirt tracks located between the cities of Ouargla and Touggourt, far from the security services integrated in the city. Dirt tracks and sand dunes.
On September 11, 2025, at nine-thirty in the evening, the same truck was recorded leaving the city of Ouargla towards the city of Algiers, passing through several states, including the state of Djelfa, the state of M’Sila, and the state of Blida, and upon its arrival in the province of Algiers the next day at around one-thirty in the afternoon, heading to the area called “America’s Bridge” in Medea.
Pursuant to a permission to extend the jurisdiction issued by the Public Prosecutor at the M’sila Court and indicated by the Public Prosecutor at the Charaga Court in Algiers, ordering the transfer to the jurisdiction of the Charaga Court in order to determine the rest of the data, monitor every means used to secure and accompany the shipment, and determine the identities of the rest of the parties to the network, the security elements moved after forming operational regiments in civilian and official uniforms.
“God is Great” is a call to Friday prayers… and the secret of the suspicious farm!
Coinciding with Friday prayers on September 12, 2025, the truck being tracked arrived at the Ouled Fayet area, exactly in front of the turning axis called “America Bridge,” which is about 400 meters away from the farm. After a short period of time, about 20 minutes, a blue fifth-generation “Golf” car approached the truck, with two people on board. The driver, called “Gharbi Abdel Rahim,” and his companion, called “Qasimi Al-Saeed,” approached the truck, and they spoke. With the truck driver, they left the place to an unknown destination.
After leaving the car, and after about another 20 minutes had passed, a black motorcycle with a person wearing a blue Lacoste sports suit on board approached, and the person named “Qasimi Al-Saeed” was driving it. The truck followed the motorcycle until it reached the farm through an unpaved dirt path. Upon arriving at the farm, the person called “Qasimi Al-Saeed” got off the bike and opened the farm’s fence in order to enter the truck. It was parked in a vacant place and its driver left toward an unknown destination, while The so-called “Qasimi Al-Saeed” stayed outside the farm and remained guarding the truck, then made calls using his mobile phone, while another person called “Salhi Salem” was guarding the farm in his “Polo” car, as he was conducting a complete survey of the farm’s surroundings, as well as the main and dirt paths leading to it, and this repeatedly, while the so-called “Rashid bin Abdel Salam” ensured, through his sixth generation “Golf” car, that he accompanied the surroundings of the farm by traveling back and forth. And back, reducing the vehicle’s speed in order to monitor and inspect people.
At around 4:30 on the same day, security personnel saw a gray Hyundai 109 car stop next to the axle, exactly at the same point where the truck stopped before entering the farm. The driver was called “Naqaz Omar,” accompanied by another person called “Fahd Rabhi.” The latter got out and made a phone call, and he was carrying a black plastic bag in his hand, inside which was mechanical equipment and tools.
The vehicle remained parked at the same point, and after a period of time, about 5 minutes after making the aforementioned call, a motorcycle approached by the person named “Rabhi Fahd,” with the person named “Qasimi Al-Saeed” on board. They exchanged a conversation, and he rode with the latter on the motorcycle, carrying the black plastic bag. They headed directly to the farm and entered after the farm fence was opened by the person named “Qasimi Al-Saeed,” and at approximately 4:40 p.m. on September 12, 2025, and after entering The two invited “Rabhi Fahd” and “Qasimi Al-Saeed” went to the farm on the motorcycle. The latter two were seen getting off the motorcycle and heading directly to the truck. At that time, the so-called “Rabhi Fahd” turned around on the truck and the trailer, to remain, after inspecting the truck, behind the trailer. He took out the equipment he had in his possession, which he had placed in the black plastic bag, and began unscrewing the screws for the secret hideout located at the lower back of the trailer.
Meanwhile, a group of people came forward, including a person wearing a yellow summer “half-sleeve shirt” called “Belarabi Ezzedine,” and another person wearing a smooth blue shirt “whose identity has not been determined,” in addition to a black-skinned person called “Sila Muhammad,” an African national of Guinean nationality. The latter climbed on top of the trailer and opened its back door, pushing it from the inside, so that everyone present in the place helped him open the door. He secured it using a ladder and a large iron bar, while pulling the shipment that was tightly hidden inside the cavities of the trailer and which was tied with plastic ropes. Immediately after the packages were taken out, the suspects began transporting them, trying to hide them inside the hay bales.
“ Security commandos foil the criminal plan par excellence
Security personnel cordoned off the place and raided it. All the suspects attempted to flee to various directions outside the farm, in the back side of it, through the woods and the valley adjacent to the farm, as well as towards the residential communities adjacent to it. However, they were arrested, while the barn that they had turned into a hideout for poisons was inspected, where various agricultural equipment was found (a plow, a tractor, a grain-sowing machine…etc.), and it contained a group of animals represented by cows, horses, Sheep, dogs and poultry, in addition to marble and granite slabs.
The operation resulted in the seizure of a significant shipment of the solid drug “cocaine” in the form of sealed packages in white and black plastic bags, estimated at 103 packages with a total weight of 113 kg and 550 grams, and a shipment of psychotropic substances of the type “Pregabalin 300 mg” in the form of sealed packages in black plastic bags, estimated at 75 packages with a total of 225,030 capsules. The two items were seized inside a road tractor truck and its trailer, in addition to a quantity of psychotropic substances estimated at 120 “Ketyl” tablets, and 67 “Pregabalin 300 mg” capsules seized in the possession of the so-called “Salhi Hossam.”
A significant amount of money was also seized from inside a Peugeot 301 vehicle, which was driven by the so-called “Isadi Al-Bashir,” inside a large white plastic bag containing small plastic bags containing various sums of money tied with a rubber band, on which were attached papers with sums of money amounting to a total of 12,212,500 Algerian dinars, in addition to another significant sum of money seized inside a “Polo Volkswagen” vehicle amounting to an amount of 12,212,500 Algerian dinars. 108,000 Algerian dinars.
Investigations found that members of the criminal group were using “WhatsApp” and “Telegram” to communicate, and they were repeating the same phrase, which is, “Turn off the information so that the state does not follow us,” meaning “turn off the mobile phone data for fear of being tracked by the security services,” while they were using the phrase, “The dust is on the camera.”
The Public Prosecution seeks the death penalty… and the judge issues his rulings after midnight
In the context of this crime, the Public Prosecutor at the Casablanca Criminal Court of First Instance requested, on the night of Sunday to Monday, October 4/5, the imposition of the death penalty against all the defendants who formed an “empire” to flood Algeria with cocaine and hallucinogens, while the judicial representative of the Public Treasury considered that the actions committed by the defendants were very dangerous and threatened national security, and requested compensation of 1 million Algerian dinars to be paid by each defendant involved in the current case.
The court, after withdrawing and submitting this murky file for legal deliberation, issued a ruling imposing the death penalty on a number of defendants who were arrested and fleeing justice (it included 3 defendants in presence and 6 in absentia) and imposed penalties ranging from 20 to 7 years applicable to the rest of the defendants.
