    ‘It just seems bizarre’ – council intervenes as public green where children play is fenced off without permission

    The High Court has rejected an application from jailed anti-transgender teacher Enoch Burke for a temporary injunction restraining a disciplinary appeals panel (DAP) hearing from going ahead today.

    The panel is due to consider whether the board of management of Wilson’s Hospital School was correct to dismiss Mr Burke for gross misconduct in January, 2023.
