New details have become known regarding the conflict filmed in the streets of Durrës, a video which was published by the former deputy, Myslim Murrizi.
According to the information, the person who appears in the video slapping the driver of the motorcycle is Arjan Xheka, owner of the former hotel “Mira Mare”, one of the hotels that collapsed in the earthquake of November 26, 2019 in Durrës.
The collision between two people did not lead to the initiation of a criminal proceeding. The person who was hit, who according to Murriz is Elton Shahini, head of Kruja Police Station and former head of Police Station No. 1 in Tirana, did not file a report with the police and, therefore, no proceedings were registered regarding the incident.
According to the data, the conflict was considered a banal clash between two people and then it was closed between the parties.
