By order of GJKKO, SPAK is carrying out checks in the apartment of Ilir Proda, the former general director of the State Police. The action is related to an investigation where the name of the former chief police officer was also revealed and the decision determined a home and personal search.
Apart from Proda, other people’s apartments are also being checked.
Meanwhile, the director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, has been suspended from her duties and placed under house arrest.
The operation is related to the ANKSI faction for the investigations against Ergys Agasi, who was arrested a few weeks ago. The prosecutors of the case are Bledar Maksuti and Altin Dumani.
At the time of his arrest, Ergys Agasi was accompanied by Uljan Shpataraku, one of Proda’s confidants. He was dismissed from the ranks of the Blues by Skënder Hita. On August 6, Shpataraku was declared wanted after a conflict in a hotel in Dhërmi where he threatened the staff because he did not like the service.
