“Summary” (AKIpress) – A suspect was detained for causing grievous bodily harm, the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region reported on April 23.
The crime occurred on April 18 in the village of Novonikolaevka, Zhaiyl district. A local resident stopped by to visit his neighbor and saw blood on the floor. He immediately called other neighbors and called an ambulance.
Already from the hospital the police received a call that a 30-year-old man with a stab wound had been brought to their intensive care unit.
An investigative team from the Zhaiyl District Department of Internal Affairs arrived at the scene. They established that the victim that day came to visit his friend. He took alcoholic drinks with him and they had a drunken feast, during which a quarrel broke out between them. The friend grabbed a knife and inflicted several wounds on the man.
This fact was registered under Article 130 (“Causing grievous bodily harm”) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers detained Kh.G., born in 1996. She was placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is underway.
