In the press release of the Ministry of Finance, it is stated: “The General Directorate of Customs of the Ministry of Finance has constructed four hangars at the customs house of Abu Nasr Farahi in Farah province at the cost of 64.4 million Afghanis for the purpose of keeping commercial goods safe. These hangars are built in a standard manner, each of them has the capacity to store 13 thousand 500 metric tons of goods, and a number of citizens will be provided with work opportunities there.”
The cost of the construction of these hangars was paid from the development budget of the Ministry of Finance, and the construction work was also done by an Afghan company.
