Lawyer Faton Fetahu spoke about the sentencing decision by the Special Court against the former leaders of the KLA.
Fetahu, invited to Pressing at T7, said that the decision is absurd, unfounded and illegal as he said, Gazeta Express reports.
“Despite the fact that this decision, in my opinion, constitutes a national tragedy, it is a dark day for national justice. Because there is a verdict, it is absurd, unfounded, illegal. I didn’t expect much from this court, but I did expect minimum international standards to be respected. This jury, through its questions, helped the prosecution to retreat from its mistakes, so the jury was biased in my personal opinion, such a verdict is scandalous, he said.
