Tahiri e Gruda from PDK: Kurti made maneuvers according to his script, everything that came out of this Assembly will be sent to the Constitutional Court

The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Arian Tahiri, said that Albin Kurti “all this time has been making political maneuvers to implement his political scenario”.
Taniri said that they will send to the Constitutional Court all the decisions from the Assembly that was declared constituted even without the election of the vice president from the PDK.
“Today’s proceedings and their findings that the Assembly is constituted are beyond the constitutional deadlines and everything that comes out of this Assembly we will send to the Constitutional Court for review of legality”, he said.
PDK MP Përparim Gruda said that this Assembly “has a problem with constitutionality and legality”.
He said that the LVV did not respect the constitutional deadline nor its first political deadline for the constitution of the Assembly.
Gruda said that the LVV is humiliating the institutions. He said that the PDK has not given up the candidacy of Vlora Çitaku for the Speaker of the Assembly.
The deputy asked that “should the Assembly meet only when it comes to Self-determination, or do we have some rules?”.
He said that the PDK will also constitute the election of the new government.
“This Assembly was formed with big constitutional questions,” he said.
