FORT WORTH — A Miller Lite and a jockstrap were all Cody Campbell needed to prove he was the better man.
It was a Friday night in late May, and Campbell, one of the richest oilmen in Texas and the largest booster for Texas Tech University, was at home in Fort Worth when he saw an X post from rival fan calling Campbell a “billionaire loser [acting] tough on the internet.”
