The director of one of the schools in the Upper Chirchik district of the Tashkent region sent an SMS to a schoolgirl and sexually assaulted her. The principal said in court that he did this to educate the student.

According to the court document, 39-year-old JI works as a principal in one of the schools in the district. On April 16 and 17, he sent sexually explicit text messages to an underage schoolgirl via Telegram.
The director pleaded guilty in court. He said that he wrote the messages to educate the student and expressed regret. The student’s legal representative said that the director was not worthy of his position and asked for a heavier punishment.
By the decision of the Upper Chirchik District Court, JIB was found to have committed the offense provided for in Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (sexual promiscuity). He was sentenced to 5 days of administrative imprisonment.
