The head of technical and professional affairs of Herat Municipality, Engineer Mohammad Ayub Saifal Jihad told Bakhtar News Agency that this project is being implemented at the cost of 4 million 999 thousand 999 Afghanis from the development budget of the municipality.
According to him, the purpose of this project is to strengthen urban infrastructure, improve the condition of water channels and provide more facilities to the residents of the area.
On the other hand, some residents of the fourth district of Herat city welcomed the project and called it an effective step to improve the situation of the region and develop urban services.
They requested that similar development projects be implemented in other areas of the city.
At the same time, the officials of Hari Delta Construction and Road Construction Company assured that the project will be completed and put to use in accordance with the specified technical standards, with high quality and within a certain period.
According to the officials, the work of this project is scheduled to be completed in about three months.
