The Great Ukrainian Circus and the Rousell Circus began their performance seasons in Lima during the National Holidays, at the Esplanade Grandstand of the Jockey Club, located in Santiago de Surco.
The Great Ukrainian Circus and the Rousell Circus began their performance seasons in Lima during the National Holidays, at the Esplanade Grandstand of the Jockey Club, located in Santiago de Surco.
In that sense, the Ukrainian show, under the name Zirka, started the July 10, to extend until August 16, with an artistic proposal inspired by the universe and the participation of more than 50 artists from Europe.
The production includes a live orchestra, elaborate costumes, lighting effects and highly complex aerial performances.

Among the main attractions of the Great Ukrainian Circus are the double flying trapezes performed by the Flying Henríquez group and the acrobatic performance on skates by the Spanish duo Sky Skater.
Likewise, the proposal integrates Duo Adventures, made up of a Ukrainian mother and her daughter in an aerial hoop act, as well as balance, juggling and strength routines.

For its part, Circo Rousell presents its 2026 season from July 17 to August 16 in the same location, celebrating more than five decades of experience in family entertainment.
The company combines classic circus acts with theatrical elements and modern technology in lighting and sound.
The Circus Rousell program includes aerial silk acts, balance on a rolabola, bounce juggling, diabolos, fixed trapeze, acrobatic pulses and the comic interventions of the clown Peluzín Jr., aimed at spectators of all ages.
Tickets for both shows are available to the general public at Teleticket and at the physical ticket offices located on the Jockey Club grounds.
