He moved from third place in 2025 to this year, capturing the Ragga Soca Monarch title, with his ‘Here to Stay’ a song that reiterates that Soca is here to stay.
Tyrique ‘D fusion’ Thomas, no stranger to the Ragga stage, this year left no doubt in the judges’ minds that he was indeed the best in the Ragga competition; he earned 413 points.
Rendering his song while showing his musical skills with the accompaniment of a guitar, De Fusion delivered what was a memorable and top notch performance.
In a post where he expressed his gratitude and thanks, he said he was “Grateful to have this honour.”
